James Schwab was the former Campaign Manager for LEAD from Fall 2005 through Winter 2007.
He never held an elected office, but was the ASUCD Director of External Affairs which later became the Secretary of External Affairs. He was also the director of the ASUCD Campus Outreach and Organizing Office which became the ASUCD Outreach Assembly. He helped created the Outreach Assembly and put it onto the Winter 2007 ballot where it passed.
